In line with its international expansion strategy, IMMOBEL is breaking into new markets and new segments. It is strengthening its European presence in the residential and office sectors in France, in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in Poland, as well as developing a new line of business in Spain with a luxury hotel complex project. Finally, IMMOBEL is entering the German market with the acquisition of a residential tower, the architectural quality of which should make it truly stand out.
As a major player in urban development, IMMOBEL is determined to assume its societal responsibility in full. In 2018, the Group created a fund designed to support organisations and associations working mainly in the fields of health, culture and social inclusion. It also has the goal of becoming a CO2-efficient company and acts daily in this direction.
